Sainte Maxime is a lovely village that has more than 150 restaurants, it's a gastronomy feast.
It has a historical museum, various outdoor activities, markets and sportive activities right on the water front of the village. It has a port and ferries excursions to the various areas on the coast.
The heart of the village has all sorts of artisanal markets and local delicacies are a must. It is well served for all purposes.
The village lays at the bottom of gorgeous hills with lovely set out walks for those that want a change. Beaches run all along Sainte Maximes water front. A nice one to visit is "Henry Plage". To top it all Sainte Maxime has a Casino, where you'll need an id card to enter.
Sainte Maxime is know as "Village fleuri", it is very carefully looked after by our municipality and therefore deserves its name, as you'll see flowers on the smallest roundabouts and all over thhe village. We welcome you to Sainte Maxile.

The historical Museum of Sainte Maxime, a real must. The botanical garden, a beautiful place to visit.
There are two tennis clubs.
A very long stretch of public and private beaches starting from the town centre. A gastronomical feast with 150 restaurants, cafés and pubs. The Port with sea excursions to Grimaud village, St.Tropez and the exotic island of Porkerolle and Port Crau.
The various market days selling traditional artisanal goods from food to clothes.
The WAFU come cafe/restaurant with nightly live bands. The walking market place alive especially in the evenings. A real attractive village.
And if you prefer to go for a walk the hills of Sainte Maxime give you an alternative to sea and sun. About an Hour away you have the "Goerge du Verdon" where people practice cayaking, but the gorges are just wonderful to visit.
